- By subscribing to Stitch Box, you will receive a welcome box, which includes:
the first 56-page book
+ 4 balls of colourful yarn to start knitting your throw, square by square (4 x 25g)
+ the Kit of the Month: 2 balls of yarn and accessories to create either a fashionable clutch or two pretty planters for your home (2 x 100g + 1 zip).
You will also receive other gifts: a Getting Started guide
+ 1 yarn needle + 1 circular needle + 5 pairs of bamboo knitting needles (3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm)
+ 1 ball of spare practice yarn (25g).

All the projects are marked with difficulty ratings and come with simple and clear instructions. In addition, you will receive yarn to knit your very own throw, square by square, along with a beautiful monthly creation: all of those goodies for only £19 per month (+£4.99 P&P)!

- With your Stitch Box, you will be able to create anything from fashion accessories to colourful items to brighten up your home, all on trend and for every season! Scarves, headbands, cushions, baskets, and many more, in addition to your beautiful throw!
- What if I am not satisfied?
- Of course, if you are not completely satisfied with any of the subsequent deliveries, simply return them to us within 14 days at your own expense at the following address :

If any delivery arrives damaged, we’ll replace it immediately.

- How long will my box take to ship?
- You will receive a new box full of surprises once a month. The shipping time for your first box will be approximately 28 days, this applies from the day your order is confirmed.
- HOW DOES THE DIRECT DEBIT WORK?
- You will be charged 7 days after your box has been dispatched. You will first be charged £5 for your welcome box (free P&P). You will then be charged £19 for each of the following monthly boxes (+£4.99 P&P). You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Your direct debit will stop once your subscription has been cancelled.
- HOW DOES THE CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL WORK?
- You will first be charged £5 for your welcome box (free P&P) and payment for your first dispatch will be taken immediately. For subsequent payments, you will be charged £23.99 for each of the following monthly boxes, 7 days after your box has been dispatched. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Your direct debit will stop once your subscription has been cancelled.
- HOW MUCH WILL MY MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT BE?
- You will first be charged £5 for your welcome box (free P&P). You will then be charged £23.99 for each of the following monthly boxes.
- How many boxes are there in the collection ?
- There are 25 boxes planned in the collection. The Maille Box is a non-commitment subscription. You can stop it at any time by contacting our customer service.
- What are the subscription terms?
- The offer is limited to one request per household (same name, same address), and is available only in the United Kingdom.
